Agreement to Terms & Conditions


By proceeding with your photoshoot booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These policies ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties. Please read through the entire document carefully. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out before confirming your booking.

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking for photography services. For bookings where 30% totals less than €50, a minimum deposit of €50 will be required.

For bookings that include additional services or involve third parties (such as boat tours or all-inclusive days), a 50% deposit will be required.

Payment options for the 50% deposit are available upon request.

Invoices for the final balance will be sent 7 days before your photoshoot date. The balance can be paid via Stripe, PayPal, or in cash (Euro) on the day of the shoot.

Deposit & Refund Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking for photography services. This deposit is non-refundable once the photoshoot is confirmed, except in the cases outlined below.

For bookings that include additional services or involve third parties (such as boat tours or all-inclusive days), a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable once the services are confirmed, except in the cases outlined below.

Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be required to pay for the services in full.

Photoshoot Agreement

The photoshoot agreement you have been provided with prior to your photoshoot must be completed and returned for your photoshoot to go ahead. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your session, including important details about scheduling, payment, and any additional services or requirements. Please ensure all sections are filled out and signed before your photoshoot date to confirm your booking.

Booking Modifications & Cancellations

Booking Modifications: You may modify your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if the rescheduled date differs from the original.

Cancellations & No Shows: Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot time will be considered a No Show, and full payment will be required. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining balance will be due. Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more will also be considered a No Show. I will not wait for late arrivals, so please notify me in advance if you are running late.

Weather-related Cancellations: If an official meteorological warning prevents the photoshoot from taking place, the full deposit will be refunded. If the session is postponed and rescheduled for a later date, the deposit will transfer to the new date.

Video Call Cancellation & Non-Refundable Fee

If a video call has already taken place and the booking is later canceled, €100 of the deposit will be retained to compensate for the time invested. The remaining amount will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
In the event that the booking cannot go ahead due to weather conditions and a full refund would normally be issued, €100 will still be retained to cover the time spent on the video call.

If a video call is canceled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of €100 will be charged to reschedule.

Photographer Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that I (the photographer) need to cancel your photoshoot, your deposit will be transferred to a new date, if a mutually agreeable time can be arranged. If no suitable date is available, the full deposit will be refunded.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

I will not wait more than 20 minutes past the scheduled start time if I have not received confirmed correspondence from you. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without notifying me, your booking will be considered a No Show, and not only will the deposit be forfeited, but full payment will also be required.

If you arrive more than one-third of the way into your booking, the session will need to be rescheduled for another day, pending my availability, and will incur a €150 rescheduling fee. If you choose not to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you arrive late but within the allowable time frame, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, with the missed time deducted from your session duration. This ensures the integrity and quality of the experience and the final product I am providing.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Please note that photoshoots take place in public locations, and while every effort is made to plan the photoshoot carefully, the photographer cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, such as location accessibility issues or unexpected events on the day. If, for any reason, a chosen location becomes unavailable or unsuitable, alternative arrangements will be made to ensure your photoshoot experience is still enjoyable.
