Your Gallery Experience

After our time together, I step into a quiet space of reflection – where moments are revisited, and stories begin to unfold in still frames. I spend time with your photographs, carefully curating and editing a collection that captures not just how it looked, but how it felt.

My editing process is both deliberate and creative, allowing space for connection and craft. While I always strive to deliver your images as soon as possible, I place quality and intention above speed. For most sessions, the final gallery is typically ready within 3 to 4 weeks, though during busier seasons or for longer photoshoots, the process may take a little longer. 

If your story calls for urgency – perhaps a proposal or a fleeting moment shared far from home, priority or rush editing may be offered as an optional add-on, depending on availability.

Each photography package includes a set number of high-resolution downloads. Though I guide the curation, I believe that what feels meaningful is deeply personal, and sometimes surprising. For that reason, I edit a small handful of additional options, giving you the freedom to select the final images that most resonate with you.

In this way, your gallery becomes a quiet collaboration – a balance between my eyes and your heart, coming together to tell the story only you lived.

High-Resolution Downloads

Your gallery includes a set number of high-resolution downloads, as specified in your photography package. To protect your privacy, only the primary clients (the email address(es) you provided) will be able to download full-resolution images.

Please note that the download limit is shared. For example, if one client selects and downloads 25 images (based on a 25-image package), the second client will have access to those same 25 images but won’t be able to select different ones unless additional downloads are purchased.

If you’d like to expand your collection, additional downloads can be purchased directly from the gallery.

Customizing Your Gallery

Before delivering your final gallery, I carefully arrange the images to create a beautiful visual flow, highlighting the most emotional and striking moments.

If you’d like to personalize the display further, you can enlarge any horizontal image by hovering over it and clicking the double-sided arrow icon in the top right corner. This makes the image appear larger within the gallery layout. To reverse the change, simply click the same icon again.

Hide Photos

If you choose to share your gallery with friends or family, you can easily hide any images you’d prefer to keep private.

Just hover over the photo and click the eye icon in the top right corner. Hidden images will move to the bottom of the gallery in a separate section, and you can unhide them at any time by clicking the icon again.

Fine Art Print Store

While you’re welcome to print your high-resolution downloaded photographs wherever you choose, your gallery also includes access to a curated fine art print store – a space where your memories can be transformed into tangible keepsakes.

The products available are sourced from a network of trusted print partners I collaborate with around the world. I work with fine art printers across the US, Europe, the UK, Mexico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and your print store will be automatically set to the location nearest to you. By printing locally, import duties and excessive shipping costs can often be avoided.

For locations outside of these regions, your store will default to a European fine art printer that ships worldwide at reasonable rates – ensuring beautiful prints, wherever you are.

Please note that prices are set by the supplier and may vary depending on your region.

Shipping

Shipping costs are set by the print supplier and will vary depending on your location and the items in your order. While I work with one main fine art printer in each region, some products may be fulfilled by different partners – particularly when ordering multiple items, as each printer specialises in different offerings. If your order requires printing from more than one supplier, shipping costs may increase accordingly.

Where possible, I’ve chosen to work with partners who offer a wide range of fine art products under one roof, helping to keep shipping as streamlined and efficient as possible.

I work with fine art printers across the US, Europe, the UK, Mexico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and India and your print store will be automatically set to the location you selected during the booking process. This ensures that your prints are produced by a trusted partner closest to you.

For locations outside these regions, your print store will default to a European fine art printer that ships worldwide at reasonable rates – ensuring beautiful prints, wherever you are.

Please note that clients are responsible for understanding and covering any import duties that may apply to products purchased from the print store.

If you love photographs and would prefer a larger selection of high-resolution images to download – or if you’d like to be more involved in the selection process – please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer the option to share the initial selection for a more personal curation experience, allowing you to choose your favourite moments from a wider collection. There’s also the possibility to purchase a more extensive gallery of high-resolution images – perfect for those who simply don’t want to leave anything behind.

These services are available as add-ons, and are ideal for those who want to make sure no moment is missed. Whether you’re after more creative control or hoping to hold on to as many memories as possible, I’m happy to share the available options with you.

Preserving Your Memories

Once your gallery is delivered, I recommend downloading and backing up your images to at least two secure locations, such as an external hard drive and cloud storage, so you can enjoy them for years to come. Keeping one copy offsite is a simple way to protect against accidental loss. If using hard drives or other storage devices, it’s wise to check the files periodically, as all digital media can degrade or become corrupted over time.

A Final Note

Your gallery will remain online for a minimum of 90 days from the delivery date, so you’ll have plenty of time to download your images and order any prints if you’d like to.
